Bottom line, if someone really is unhappy with their pc and wants to switch, they will. It's a risk that many people do not want to take even with great articles and reviews. When I switched a few years ago, it was a curiousity first of finding a better computing environment. I've been a PC techy since 10 years old, and that was all I knew. I never had time to be creative, all of it was to learn how to troubleshoot and build pc's. After 20 years of that, I am so happy that I took the risk and found a better computing experience. Fixing Windows and pc's for businesses, family and friends was a waste of everyone's time. So far I've switched a few more people over and they are so happy.
