    @ Bruce:

That’s what I thought immediately when I saw it! H.264? Whatever it is, I’m glad it’s high quality because I *cannot stand* low quality video.

One of the best things about the video iPod is that it forced me to figure out better compression. I started out trying to use the H.264 codec but it didn’t work for me. Now I use the 31vx codec and Ta-Da the video looks great plus the file sizes are reasonable.

I pulled in to check out the show notes of today’s podcast, and I thought to myself … hey .. I know that guy with the guitar from somewhere. It’s Mr. Starfire. It’s good to see a fellow Duluthian out on the web. Adam, thank you for the best podcast available for Mac geeks like myself.

First of all, thanks for sharing your video short :) Mac heads are great bunch of people!!!

Secondly… uut of curiosity, what kind of video equipment did you use to record your video? The image has great color and nice dynamic range.

    Thanks a million.

    I installed 10.4.3, BUT…
The update in Apples’s software update app showed the size ~56M (not ~100M :-(
When I install it my Mac mini just stop booting. Now it sits very long in initial screen with gray apple and then shows white text on the black screen saying that there are problems with Bluetooth and something else…

    :-(
