<description>I purchased a Danger Mouse about 3 weeks ago to replace the Mighty Mouse that came with my Mac Pro. The Might Mouse was a great device, but the constant errors with right-clicking made it a pain to use.

The Danger Mouse has a nice design, but several annoying attributes that makes it impossible to recommend it to others:

1. The laser doesn&#039;t track well on a black mousepad. I use a Kensington ergonomic mousepad with a wrist rest, and it constantly loses its ability to track. Off the mousepad on my desk it tracks fine.
2. It often reports a double click, when I only single click. This causes windows to minimize when I am trying to grab the title bar to move them.
3. The scroll wheel is too sensitive. It will often move slightly when the mouse is moved, which can cause a Web page to jump around while you&#039;re reading it. I think having an indexed wheel is helpful to prevent this annoying &quot;back scrolling&quot;.

I love the form factor and feel of the mouse, but these problems prevent me from enjoying it completely and I will likely purchase another mouse soon.

Thanks,
