New Ads Up on Get a Mac Site

Better ResultsApple now has 3 new “Get a Mac” ads up on their web site. These are the ads that, until recently, seemed to only be playing in some Apple retail stores. The ads are titled “Counselor”, “Self Pity” and “Better Results”. The “Better Results” ad is the much anticipated and talked about ad featuring Brazilian super model Gisele Bundchen. I don’t know if these are airing on TV yet, but my guess is if they didn’t start airing last week we will probably see them starting today.

I don’t care if these are a little condescending – they’re funny, and it’s good to see Apple on the front foot. Nothing like seeing Windows fan-boys on the defensive for once.

Another set of very clever ads.
    But for one thing…
I can’t help but fixate on the “Mac’s” hairpiece?
What gives? It is a hairpiece, rug, wig…isn’t it?
Sometimes it seems more greasy than at other times.
Sometimes it looks more natural. Sometimes the back appears to flare away from the guy’s neck.
With all the money invested in this great ad campaign, who was the idiot who suggested this?
