I'm a big fan of your podcast and have been a subscriber for quite a while now. This podcast on new Apple products introduced at MacWorld 2008 has disappointed me slightly. I realize that you're a great fan of Apple, however I would like to see your reports being a little bit more critical. For instance, your praising on the new MacBook Air is much appreciated however you have left out many drawbacks which could be discussed more thoroughly. I'm sure the MBA is a great product that will satisfy certain market.

Adam,

I LOVE THE PODCAST!! Thank you for your thorough attention to everything Mac. I agree with what you said on the show about the new "Air" model. This is NOT a replacement for desktop or more powerful laptop. I think it's totally geared for that extremely portable use like travel, work, etc. I'd love to have it for use in a hotel room, doctor's office waiting room because it's so compact! I think too that it will sync completely with the bigger model we may have at home/work. It's really tempting but I think I'll wait about eighteen months for the price to drop a few hundred dollars. I think it's just a matter of time.
Thanks again for your great shows.

Movie chapters may be new to movies purchased/rented from Apple's music store but iTunes and the iPod have supported them for a while...I've been using them on the iPod classic since it first came out with movies converted by Handbrake.

Mark/Space's The Missing Sync allows you to sync your iPhone's notes with your Mac, as well as sms log and call log. I too am surprised that this is not built into OS X (maybe iCal?) already. It's probably one of those things that we'll see in the future as Steve said, "...we will keep making [the iPhone] better."
