I wonder if there's any help for this:

I switched over tom OS X 10.5.2 and promptly noticed that GarageBand was no longer able to record from my Samson C1U USB mike because it gets "echo and noise' when I try it.

I kept a mirror of 10.5.1 on a separate drive so i limited the damage to having to boot up into it when I have to record my podcasts, but its still disturbing that Apple has not noticed this problem (I have encountered someone else who is having the same problem on the forums and we can't be all that rare.)

Have you heard of this and of any fix for 10.5.2 so I could continue recording without having to re-boot? (Into the same OS!)
