James -
Thank you for the support, but I certainly don't want anyone to unsubscribe from the show. I do appreciate Gary's comments and he is entitled to his opinion which I have also personally responded to here in the comments.

Gary -
I'm sorry you felt this show wasn't up to snuff and if you choose to unsubscribe I understand. I disagree that we were just trying to fill time. It would have been impossible to cover all the products at CES which is why I chose to focus on iPhone and iPod accessories. My friends at iProng were at the show (I couldn't be there) and they do great reviews, which is why I invited them on. I completely understand the format was different and if that didn't appeal to you then that is OK. I will ask you to please also consider the other 289 shows I have produced in your decision. Also, your comment about the quality of the show and my commitment to going full time hurt a bit. I'm fairly certain that when I made my announcement I mentioned I would be starting in February. I have not quit my day job yet, so my schedule is still full. I work 50-60 hours a week at my job, have a 2 hour a day commute, and then work 20+ hours a week on the Maccast. I'm don't normally share this information, because it's typically not relevant (I've chosen to do this podcast and I love doing it). When I get comments like this though, I feel maybe not everyone has a perspective on my commitment and dedication to this show and my audience. I'm proud of the work I do and make no apologies for anything I choose to release.

I have to say that I found the information provided by Bill to be solid, informative and knowledgeable. I won't go as hard as Gary, but I will add that it was a bit painful making it through the observations from Daynah. I would have been satisfied to have had more content from Bill. He brought a journalistic view of the conference. I almost felt like Daynah was just there for the ride and had not much to say about the topics you were clearly trying to draw out of her.

Having a broadcasting background and having been in difficult interview situations having to draw out information from guests, I felt for you. As I said, Bill stepped up to the plate and filled the gap. So thanks Bill for bringing something back. I am heading over to your site now to see what else you had to say about CES.

Gary... if you don't like it, don't listen! this was additional content to the normal Maccast and so I think your comments are overly dramatic. No one is forcing you to listen... to be honest you should unsubscribe if it beens we are saved you over reactions. I think they made it clear from the outset CES wasn't exactly full of groundbreaking products but still worth covering in my view.

Adam you can't please everyone all the time... keep em coming!

I am sorry, but this show and interviews were the worst I have heard. The title is extremely misleading...there were far too few CES items discussed...and those that were had much to be desired. The interviewees were horrible...especially Dayna!..and sounded like everyone was just trying to fill time.

I have been a loyal listener to the Maccast almost from the beginning, but this show was almost enough to make me unsubscribe. I expect more from this show, and if there isn't enough quality news and information for a show, then you shouldn't produce a show.

Adam, if this is what we can expect now that you are doing this full time, I am concerned. First you will lose the listeners, then the sponsors...then everyone loses.

Very disappointing!
