Dear Adam,
Since I upgraded my 3GS to iOS4 (and now 4.0.1) your podcast is (to say it gently) not running smoothly on my iPhone.
For example: 1) connect the wired earphones that came with the 3GS. 2) choose iTunes on the iPhone. 3) start you podcast. 4) lock the phone (the button on the top of the iPhone). Result: the podcast hiccups.
Hope you can find the cause, and even better, submit a bug to Apple.

Hmmm. Have you tried doing a restore? I will try to do some troubleshooting on my end. i haven’t changed a thing in my production flow. Are you on the iTunes (AAC) feed or the MP3 feed? Seems like iOS 4 broke a few things related to AAC podcasts. Sorry.
