A podcast about all things Macintosh. For Mac geeks, by Mac geeks. Episode 178. I’ve been thinking a lot about what the rumored iWatch means for the future of Apple. They really are due for the next disruptive product, but is a “smartwatch” really it? If so, why is Apple better poised than any other company to make it work?

    Hi Adam,

    Enjoying your podcast!

I think it was this Maccast where the issue of split-screen use case was in question. I, too, wondered what would really be the value…until I signed up for a fitness app (Digifit) that works with my heart rate monitor this weekend. I run daily on a treadmill while constantly viewing video on my iPad and would love to be able to share the screen with my fitness stats. In my case, I didn’t have any use for a split-screen…until now!

Thought my perspective might be helpful.

Thanks for great content on the Maccast!

    Bill

Ooops, it may have been Maccast 2014.06.22 where split-screens were covered.
