Has anyone experienced a serious breach in iPhone security? My daughter had someone take over her iPhone yesterday for several hours and during that time took all her data including photos, bank and credit card info. She initially thought she had done something to cause her phone to become inoperative but then it came back on and everything was gone. She of course has iCloud backups. And has installed all of the software updates. I have advised her to immediately contact Apple as this is a very serious security issue and I can’t imagine it is just her phone that has been attacked.
