On the show I heard you mention that you kept your photos on your iPhone and whatever other devices so you could import them into iPhoto when you got home. I looked and according the Apple site they will sync back in from the iPad. Is there any particular reason you didn’t go ahead and erase them from your iPhone and then just sync them back from the iPad?
Probably just my paranoia about backup. If I lost my iPad or something happened to it before I got home I would still have my images on my iPhone. I also didn’t delete the images from the camera after import, so I had double backup.
What your saying makes perfect sense. But this got me thinking further. My next business trip is to China, actually anytime I leave the country I fear loosing all my electronics. I did a quick look and didn’t see a way but it would be great if there was a way to copy images to MobileMe or Dropbox. Then no matter what happens you have an off site backup while on a trip.
