    Hi Adam,

Just heard the podcast and wanted to share my experiences regarding the Apple Watch face coming off. It happened to me with Gen 0; the battery had swelled and it literally was puffy. I called Apple and they were reluctant to help. I was out of the two year warranty period and just figured I’d replace it anyway. A few months later I heard about the battery problem being more serious. I called back and sure enough they replaced my watch for free with a Gen 1.

I also have a Gen 2; the face came off but this time there was no battery issue; I had failed to get the extra coverage and ended up paying for the repair on it. I have mixed feelings because I was much rougher on the Gen 2. I’ll be curious to see if the class action suit gets any traction.

    Great show as always.
